  • How does a physical library function in the digital age? How does it store–and share–resources that span multiple forms? How does it uphold its other, less visible social responsibilities?
  • The Seattle Central Library needed to function as a nucleus that was supported by machines. "Machines," in this instance, aren't strictly computers but a wide variety of information storage and sharing technologies. A truly modern public library needs to embrace knowledge in all of its forms.
  • We embroidered this graphic onto a super-sturdy snapback hat, along with the logos of OMA, LMN and our own. We also included the masthead of the project proposal on the back, just in case anyone was curious about what your hat is talking about.
  • Union-made and embroidered in USA
